This is the Application by the Applicants / Claimants for withdrawal of the amount awarded by learned the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Osmanabad in M.A.C.P. No.38 of 2018 vide impugned Judgment and Award dated 04.08.2023.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Respondent No.1 / Insurance Company in this Court. The share of the Applicant No.2, who is a minor, be deposited in Fixed Deposit with the Nationalized Bank for the period till he attains majority. 4.
