Shivraj Channappa Shete v. The State Of Maharashtra Through Its District Magistrate / District Collector And Others
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 906 CIVIL APPLICATION NO.14677 OF 2022 SHIVRAJ CHANNAPPA SHETE
VERSUS
THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS DISTRICT MAGISTRATE / DISTRICT COLLECTOR AND OTHERS ...
Mr. R.P. Adgaonkar, Advocate for applicant ...
CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI AND Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, JJ.
DATE :
20th OCTOBER, 2022 PER COURT :
It appears that notice was not issued in the main writ petition and it came to be dismissed for not removing office objections by a common order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial). It was a conditional order. Now, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that he would remove the office objections. As regards the delay is concerned, the learned Advocate is taking it upon himself stating that due to inadvertent mistake on his part he failed to remove those office objections. Under such circumstance, the application stands allowed.
CA_14677_2022 Delay stands condoned. Order dated 17.01.2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is recalled.
The writ petition is restored to the file.
The office objections, if any, to be removed within a further period of four weeks from today.
