The Petitioner wife is working with the Yavatmal Zilla Parishad School, as a Teacher. Her husband, who is not party to the present proceedings, is working in a private institution as a Junior Lecturer (Economics). Both are around 300 kms apart. The Petitioner desires an inter-district transfer. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the circular dated 12.06.2024 at page 51, would be relevant and the Petitioner would have to make an application in terms of the said circular and the Government Resolution dated

Since such an application dated 20.06.2024, has been filed by the Petitioner, copy of which is tendered across the Bar, let the competent authorities deal with such application in terms of the policies and the rules applicable. The copy of the representation is marked as "X" for identification. 3.

In the event, the Petitioner's claim is favorably considered, the same shall be effected prior to the commencement of the next academic curriculum, in May, 2025. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
