Mr Kazi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to initiate the same issue in a revision before the competent Court. The Revisional Court shall take into consideration the time spent before this Court, if the issue of condonation of delay is required to be decided. 2.

In view of above, Criminal Application stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
