Having heard Shri Golegaonkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and perusing with his assistance the Civil Application and all annexures thereto, we are of the opinion that the Applicant's educational prospects and career should not suffer because of the inaction of the Scrutiny Committee at Nandurbar.

We have found that the said Scrutiny Committee has defaulted repeatedly in complying with the orders and directions of this Court. Once that material is on record, then, in the peculiar facts and circumstances, we allow this Civil Application in terms of prayer clause

*2* 936ca8440o17 (C), which reads thus:- "(C) By way of interim relief, to direct the Respondents No.3 and 4 to issue forthwith the original documents to the Applicant as mentioned in his application dated 20.06.2017 (Exhibit CA-4 of this Civil Application) so that Applicant can submit the same to the IIM, Indore for admission to Post Graduate Programme in Management at the time of registration on 29/30.06.2017, pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition."

No order as to costs.
