Heard learned counsel for the parties. The increase is said to have been six times. Moreover, compensation for the fruit bearing trees has been granted assuming the trees to be fully grown up when the same were in the stage of seedlings only. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount in deposit with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil applications are disposed of.
