By this civil application, filed within limitation, the petitioner prays for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections. 2.

Heard the learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of the State Authorities.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, with the following directions :-

11448.22ca (2) (a) All office objections shall be removed, on or before 06/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022, shall be restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.
