The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the tribe certificate issued to him bears incorrect spelling of the tribe and it is not in the prescribed format. He has also filed online application. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2/competent authority on 15.07.2024 and surrender his original tribe certificate. 3.

The respondent no.2 shall thereafter issue a fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner in form 'c' with correct spelling of the tribe within a week.
