By this application, the applicants pray to permit applicants to serve respondent no.8 by substitute service i.e. newspaper publication.

Considering the averments in the application, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'. 3.

The applicants shall serve notice within a period of eight weeks and submit a copy of the newspaper publication to the Registry of this Court.
