By this petition, the petitioner - Mandal has prayed that the respondents be directed to take decision on the proposals dated 19th January, 2010 and 11th September, 2013, submitted by the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the petitioner made specific statement that the proposals are not yet decided.

Accepting the statement made on behalf of the petitioner - Mandal, we pass following order :-

( 3 ) (i) Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed to take decision on the proposals dated 19th January, 2010 and 11th September, 2013 submitted by the petitioner. The decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner by 15th May, 2020.
