In the first civil application, the applicants desire to bring the LR's of deceased Sharad Mutha on record. Delay is of one one day. In the second civil application, the LR's of deceased Sharad are before the Court seeking leave to be brought on record. Delay is of 8 days.

Considering the above, both the civil applications are allowed. The petitioners in WP No.390/2015 shall bring the LR's of deceased Sharad on record within 3 (three) weeks from today.
