Heard learned counsel for the parties. The increase is said to have been six times. Moreover, compensation for the fruit bearing trees has been granted assuming the trees to be fully grown up when the same were in the stage of seedlings only. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount deposited on furnishing usual undertaking. Civil Applications are disposed of.
