Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.187 of 2024, registered with Nandurbar Taluka Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506 and 509 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 3.

There are counter reports against each other. The alleged weapons used in the crime has been recovered. The injured has been discharged. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicants. No purpose would be served by keeping the applicants behind bar. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Nos.1. SAGAR SANJAY KOLI and

2. RAHUL SANJAY KOLI be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the following conditions : (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
