The reasons stated in the application are not controverted. There are no mala fides on the part of the applicants in preferring the appeal belatedly. It is desirable to condone the delay as, on certain condition. 3.
The Civil Applications are allowed subject to forfeiter of the right of the applicants to receive interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period in the respective appeals.
