This Court, on 13.2.2014 has passed following order.

" It is stated that the petitioner Hanumant Raghunath Kamble has expired.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition cannot be prosecuted. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner may adopt such proceedings as are permissible in law."

The Court observed that the Writ Petition cannot be prosecuted as the petitioner is dead.

wp6627.11 The learned counsel for the petitioner was given liberty to take recourse as permissible in law. Almost 3 years have lapsed after the said order is passed.

In view of that, Writ Petition stands abated. Same stands disposed of. No costs.
