At the outset, learned Advocate for the applicants to rectify the mistakes in the application.

By the present application, the legal heirs of petitioner No.1 are sought to be brought on record.

Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants and perused the application, which reveal that petitioner No.1 Sharad Mutha expired on 25/03/2019 and the application is filed on 29/06/2019 and there is delay of 8 days which is sought to be condoned. khs/Feb.2022/1379

The application deserves to be allowed by condoning the delay. The necessary amendment shall be carried out in the title cause of the petition on the amendment being allowed. List the writ petition for admission on 03/03/2022.
