The petitioner has submitted proposal for verification of the caste claim with the committee on 8th July 2021 and now seeks direction against the committee to decide the proceeding. It is lethargy on the part of the petitioner to move the proposal at late stage and now seeks direction for deciding it expeditiously. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the committee may, if it is possible, endeavour to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner by 10th of October 2021. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30th August 2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
