This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of applicant No. 5 and for condoning the delay caused in bringing them on record.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 7 and 8 submits that, there is an inordinate delay in bringing on record the legal heirs.

Even otherwise the contempt petition could not have been disposed of as there are other applicants/petitioners, who could have prosecuted the same. Considering the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". The civil application is disposed of.
