Mr. Kazi, the learned counsel submits that the proposal is given seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk. The Head Master has forwarded the said proposal in January, 2013, however, as yet, no decision has been taken upon the same. The petitioner is working in minority institution. The learned counsel for the Education Officer submits that, in case the said proposal is pending, the Education Officer will decide the same on its own merits. In light of that, we pass the following order:

O R D E R

I.

In case the proposal dated 07.01.2013 (Exh. "D") is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in

-2accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months. The Education Officer shall consider the orders passed by this Court in similar writ petitions such as writ petition no. 5633 of 2013 dated 7th October, 2013.
