Mr. Godhamgaonkar, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant resides at Pune. The writ petition was filed through the Free Legal Services Sub-Committee, however, as none appeared for the Petitioner the writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution.

Considering the reasons given we allow the application in terms of prayer clause "B".
