Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that within six months from today, the validation proceedings would be decided by the Scrutiny Committee.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 13.12.2019.

The impugned communication is quashed and set aside. Respondents No. 3 and 4 shall not take any adverse

{2} wp8306.19.odt action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Respondents No. 3 and 4, however, can adopt further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
