Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No.2 has fled First Appeal No. 1093 of 2021 which is pending before this Court. Applicant has fled Civil Application No. 8482 of 2022 and Civil Application No. 8483 of 2022. Inadvertently, the name of applicant No.1 original claimant is mentioned as Anil Gulabrao Fulade it should be Anil Gulabrao Fulade @ Lad, hence requested permission be given to the

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection for it. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
