The application is filed for condonation of delay of 6 days and also for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused by him. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown.

So, The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order made by Registrar Judicial is set aside. The objections are to be removed prior to 29.7.2016. If they are not removed prior to that date, it is to be treated that present proceeding is dismissed.
