Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2022, registered at Ambhora Police Statin, District Beed for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 395, 397 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is 19 years of age. On his arrest, no test identification parade has yet been conducted. He has been behind the bars since 11/6/2022. A sum of Rs.5000/- in cash was recovered from the applicant and not the gold

ornaments. Considering the age of the applicant, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Hence the order :-

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.57/2022, registered at Ambhora Police Statin, District Beed for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 395, 397 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend Ambhora Police Station every day between 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. until conclusion of the trial.
