The learned AGP has placed on record a compilation of documents (three pages), which are collectively marked as 'X' for identifcation. He submits that the representation at page no.3 of 'X' fled by the petitioner on 17.08.2020, has already been considered on 21.09.2020 and his claim has been invalidated. This decision has been communicated to him. As per the corrigendum dated 18.09.2015 to the circular dated 04.05.2012, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring an appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of so that the petitioner would be in a position to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law. 3.
