PER COURT :- 1.

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the transfer.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that last year the spouse of the petitioner was transferred and was brought within periphery of 30 Kms. This year the petitioner is transferred beyond the periphery of 30 Kms.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the representations are also given to the Chief Executive Officer as contemplated under the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019. 4.

The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the grievance put forth by the petitioner and shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days as to the distance on which the petitioner stands transferred with that of her spouse. The Chief Executive Officer shall also consider the availability of the vacancies, and if the vacancies exist in the periphery of 30 Kms. Or

2 8126.2019WP. nearby shall also consider whether the petitioner can be accommodated in those places. The said decision as observed supra shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days. 5.
