After hearing respective parties for some time, respondent agrees that he shall deposit an amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division),

MCA 151-2017 (2) Ahmednagar, in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 357 of 2013. 2.

Out of this amount of Rs. 5000/-, the Court shall handover payment of Rs. 2500/- (Rs. Two thousand five hundred only) to the applicant towards convenience and other charges. 3.

The respondent further undertakes that he shall deposit Rs. 2500/- (Rs. Two thousand five hundred only) on each date thereafter, to which the applicant will be entitled, provided she attends the proceedings at Court at Ahmednagar. 4.

So far as issue as regards grant of protection made by the applicant, with consent, the same is kept open and with liberty to approach the Court with said prayer.

In view of above observations, the application of the applicant stands disposed of.
