Issue notice to respondents. The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Mr. Karlekar, the learned advocate accepts notice for the respondent No. 2.

2] In fact petitioners were required to more diligent and should have approached the Court earlier.

3] It is submitted that, the last date for submission of validity certificates for the students seeking admission in professional course pursuant to MHT-CET-2019 is 14th July, 2019.

wps8155,8181.19 4] Considering the fact that, petitioners are students and desirous of taking admission for professional course, the respondent No. 3/Committee shall if possible endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste/tribe claims of the petitioners by 12th July, 2019. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee today i. e. on 04/07/2019. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

5] The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

6] The parties to act on authenticate copy.
