The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner, considering the fact that the same is pending since year 2009. The respondents No. 3 and 4 may declare the result of the petitioner's examination, however, they shall not issue degree certificate till the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 16.07.2019.
