Mr. Thorat, learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the Scrutiny Committee, however the petitioner requires original tribe certificate to be submitted to the AIIMS. The petitioner is seeking admission in 15% all India quota.

The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner does not mind if his proceedings for

2 ca 7506.19 verification is not decided at present.

Considering the request of the petitioner, the committee shall return the tribe certificate produced by the petitioner by tomorrow. The same would be at the risk of the petitioner and it will not be open for the petitioner to make grievance that the validation proceeding is not decided. Civil Application stands disposed of. In view of order passed in the civil application, nothing survives in the writ petition also. Writ Petition also stands disposed of.
