The applicant / petitioner prays for leave to amend the petition in terms of the proposed amendment annexed to the Civil application.

The learned advocate representing the Company submits that though the application is filed on the premises of subsequent events, the proposed amendment would change the nature of the cause of action. At the same time he submits, that if this Court is inclined to entertain the application, he be permitted to file a composite affidavitin-reply to the Petition. 3.

In view of above, Civil Application is allowed.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 21.07.2023. A freshly typed copy of the amended petition shall be placed on record on or before the same date and copy be supplied to the other side. 5.

The respondents are at liberty to file additional / composite affidavit-in-reply within two (02) weeks.
