PER COURT:- 1.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the proposal seeking validity on the caste claim of the petitioner would be decided within a period of four (04) months.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 03.12.2019.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is selected as Village Development Officer, however, the appointment order is not issued only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending.

The respondents may consider the giving provisional appointment, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible. The same should not be withheld only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. In that case, the provisional appointment of the petitioner shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the committee in the validation proceedings.

The petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of the validation proceedings.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
