The petitioner places on record a compromise document which was filed before the Co-operative Court in Dispute No.C.C.A. No.321/2001 by which the parties have settled amongst themselves. The said compromise is a certified true copy alongwith the order of the Co-operative Court dated 12/12/2015. Same is taken on record and marked as "Exhibit X". Mr.Sapkal submits on instructions and in view of Exhibit "X" that this petition can be disposed of as withdrawn.
