Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant . The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of only 52 days. The delay appears to be caused due to illness of his wife. The respondents/claimants though served but remained absent. Therefore, considering the statutory rights of applicant, the delay of 52 days stands condoned. Appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections. Application is accordingly disposed of. 2.

Interim relief to continue till then.
