Learned Advocate Mr. P.K. Deshmukh holding for learned Advocate Mr. B.R. Sontakke Patil submits that due to the personal difficulty of Mr. Patil he is unable to appear. On the last occasion, that is, on 12.10.2021 Mr. Patil had not even appeared and, therefore, this Court specifically observed that if nobody appears on behalf of the applicants on the next date the application is liable to be disposed of. CA_3824_2020 cannot be taken into consideration. Further, he had remedy to apply for leave. He has not done that. In fact, no reasonable ground is shown to adjourn the matter. Under such circumstance, the application stands dismissed in default.
