Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate, however with the wrong spelling of the tribe .

The petitioner had filed proceeding before the committee for validation on the basis of the said certificate. The committee may be directed to give the attested copy of the said certificate and the petitioner would obtain the corrected tribe certificate from the Sub-Divisional Officer, Naigaon.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents. The committee shall issue the attested tribe certificate to the petitioner with the incorrect spelling within two days from today. On receipt of the attested copy, the same shall be submitted by the petitioner to the Sub 1/2

37.odt Divisional Officer Naigaon. The Sub Divisional Officer Naigaon within two days of the receipt of the attested copy of the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner shall submit the corrected tribe certificate to the committee. On receipt of the corrected tribe certificate, the committee shall endeavor to decide the proceedings within 15 days, from the date of receipt of corrected tribe certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
