This petition is filed challenging the order dated 05.06.2024 passed by respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer, Kalamnuri rejecting the applications of the petitioners. There is a statutory appeal provided under Section 5(1) of the Maharashtra Act No.23 of 2001. 3.

In view of the statutory alternate remedy, we cannot entertain this petition.
