Learned advocate for the petitioner assails the said order on merits. It is brought to our notice that the order is passed belatedly. We have taken note of the same. We are not inclined to entertain the challenge to that order on merits. Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order by adopting appropriate remedy available in law. 3.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition is disposed of.
