1 Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the appeal is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending before the Deputy Collector. In the said appeal the petitioners have challenge the sale-deed executed in favour of respondent No. 4.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the award is passed under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'said Act'). The sale-deed is executed in the year 1961. If the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the award passed and claim for compensation, the petitioners have a remedy under the provisions of said Act. The petitioners may take steps accordingly.
