DATED : 13 th February, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Respondent no.1 filed an application before the learned Magistrate for custody from the petitioner under Section 97 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said application was allowed by the learned Magistrate on 25.10.2002. The said order was challenged in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna vide Criminal Revision No. 141 of 2002 by the present petitioner, however, the learned Revisional Court dismissed the said Revision on 10.1.2003 and confirmed the order passed by the

crwp50.03 learned Magistrate.

2] When the orders were passed by the courts below, the girl Renuka was minor. It is submitted by Shri A.N.Kanade, learned counsel for the petitioner that the girl has now attained majority.

3] In that view of the matter, present Writ Petition has rendered infructuous.

4] Hence, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
