Mr. Thombare, learned counsel submits that the petitioners have given proposals for registration of Child Care Home. The same is pending with respondent No. 2. It is not yet decided. The petitioners have also cleared the deficiencies that were pointed out. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that in case the proposals are pending the respondent No. 2 1/2

In case, the proposals of petitioners seeking registration of Child Care Home are pending with respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months, from today.
