This is an application for leave to appeal by the State against the judgment and order dated 1/4/2019, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur in Sessions Case No.76/2016, acquitting the respondent.

It is submitted by learned A.P.P. that, during the pendency of the application, the sole respondent i.e. original accused has died. The report along with Death Certificate in that regard is placed on record. It is seen that the respondent/ accused died on 30/1/2022.
