In view of the order passed by this Court on 04.07.2017 in Writ Petition No.8488/2017 (Rahul Sambhaji Admulwad vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) as well as the orders dated 27.06.2017 in Writ Petition No.8200/2017 (Mangesh Namdev Pentewad vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and dated 16.06.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.7813/2017 (Chandrakant Gangadhar Yalpalwad vs. The State of Maharashtra and another), these Writ Petitions are also disposed of with the following directions:- (a) The impugned order passed by the Scrutiny Committee invalidating the tribe/caste claim of the Petitioner is set aside.
( 3 ) (b) We direct the competent Scrutiny Committee to scrutinize and verify the claim of the Petitioners as belonging to "MANNERVARLU" Scheduled Tribe (Entry 27) on merits and in accordance with law.
(c) The Scrutiny Committee should overlook the mistake and error in the spelling of the tribe/ caste in the certificate issued to the Petitioners.
(d) The Scrutiny Committee shall complete this assignment as expeditiously as possible.
(e) Till the Scrutiny Committee decides the matter and communicates it's order, the admission of the Petitioners shall not be cancelled.
(f) Till the Scrutiny Committee decides the matter and communicates it's order, the services of the Petitioners shall not be terminated on the ground that the Petitioners have failed to produce the validity certificate.
