Heard. When this Court has expressed its dis-inclination to grant any relief, Mr. Barhate Patil, learned Advocate for the appellant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw this appeal. Hence the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is further directed the Concerned Sessions Court, Bhusawal to dispose the Sessions trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 9 months from the date of this order. 3.

This Court has not expressed anything on merit of the case and the concerned trial Court shall not be influenced by this order.
