The prayer is made for giving direction to respondents - licensing authority to consider an application given by the petitioner for renewal of Arms license and take decision on the application filed by petitioner, dated 14-11-2019. This Court has given notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondents. A direction is hereby given to the respondents - authorities to take decision on the application filed by petitioner dated 14-11-2019, if any, within two months from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the present Writ Petition is allowed and disposed of, accordingly.
