We have heard the party in person.

The present contempt petition is filed against respondents for non adherence to the order dated 04th March, 2020 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1013 of 2019. The Division Bench of this Court under the said order directed the State to take decision on the proposal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of thirty days.

Today the learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record communication dated 14.02.2022 and submits that, the permission for sanction is negatived.

In view of that, though belatedly the order stands complied with. The contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
