The learned Advocate for the petitioners, submits on instructions, that considering, (a) the earlier order of this Court, vide which, Rs.3,00,000/- were deposited by the Management, (b) the said amount has been withdrawn by the respondent/appellant, (c) coupled with the fact that the respondent/appellant is now regularized in employment and has been granted permanent approval and (d) is regularly drawing her salary as per her scale since 2014, the Management is not interested in pursuing this petition any further and the same may be disposed off.
