The applicants herein are the owners of the hotel wherein the alleged offences did take place. Although they have not been named in the F.I.R., the F.I.R. is dated 5/5/2023. As such, the investigation is at the beginning stage. Therefore, we are not inclined to issue notice in the matter for the present. The application stands disposed of with liberty to move again after filing of the charge sheet.
