ORDER :

By order dated 15th March, 2022 passed in favour of the petitioner, this Court has directed respondent no.2 to pass appropriate order on the proposal of the petitioner for grant of benefits of family pension and other benefits, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks and to communicate the order within a period of one week thereafter. The petitioner claims willful disobedience of this order in the present contempt petition.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 have filed affidavit in reply contending that mother-in-law of the petitioner namely Dwarkabai Kundlik Mhaske has filed Writ Petition No.12870/2021 in this Court claiming the same benefits. Due to pendency of the said petition, the respondents could not take the decision on the proposal of the petitioner.

In view of the above circumstances, we do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
