1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant no.1B - Rajendra Shankar Bhosale is unable to travel and he is not in a position to come in this Court for withdrawal of the amount.

2] In view of the same, the Registrar [Judicial] is directed to transmit the amount to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga in LAR No.1004/2009. On transmission, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as directed by this Court by order dated 28th February, 2023 subject to furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga in LAR
